S.RAMAMURTHY, graduated with First class in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. College of Technology, Coimbatore, Madras University in 1969. He has varied practical experience of 37 years.
• 15 years between 1970-1984 in Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, Trivandrum in several capacities involving.

~ Co-ordination of multi-disciplinary engineering functions in Rocket
hardware development & testing
~ Project management for high technology and high cost
fabrication contracts including foreign supplies ;
Has visited France for training on rocket hardware assembly.
• 5 years (1984-1989) as Works Manager in Sharp Tools, Coimbatore
involving
~ Design & Development of Welding rod manufacturing plants
~ Manufacture, Commissioning & Servicing of Welding rod plants-
comprising complex Hydraulic systems.
• Started FLUIDICS with himself as PROPRIETOR, in 1989, specialising in
~ Provision of application engineering support
~ Design & manufacture of custom -built hydraulic power units
~ Design , manufacture , erection & commissioning of special purpose
equipments involving hydraulic powering
~ Trouble-shooting in hydraulics of imported equipments
Fluidics, additionally have the technical back up of YUKEN INDIA LTD, BANGALORE (manufacturing oil hydraulic systems in collaboration with M/s. YUKEN KOGYO CO., JAPAN) for whose products, they have taken dealership for Coimbatore, surrounding districts, Kerala state and Srilanka.
